There’s no coffee lover who can do without a cup of their favorite drink — even on the hottest summer days. But you don’t have to make your usual coffee; you can make a cold coffee drink instead! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a mixer or shaker because a common fork will perfectly accomplish this task. Professionals recommend to put at least one third of a cup of ice in your drink.

Classic Iced Frappe

Ingredients:

double espresso 1/3 cup of ice 100 ml (3.3 fl.oz.) of milk sugar or chocolate syrup chocolate sprinkles, coffee beans

How to make it:

Crush the ice cubes using a blender, or you can wrap the ice in a towel and use a rolling pin to crush it. Pour the crushed ice in a glass. Take a separate bowl and use a shaker or a fork to mix the espresso with sugar, syrup and milk. Pour the frappe in a glass with crushed ice. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and coffee beans.

Chocolate & Peppermint Pleasure

Ingredients:

150 ml (5 fl.oz.) of freshly brewed coffee 100 g (3.5 oz) of dark chocolate mint syrup or liquor ice cream

How to make it:

Dissolve chocolate in filtered coffee on low heat. Cool the mixture a bit and add syrup. Blend it. Crush the ice and put it in a glass. Pour the drink in the glass with the crushed ice. Put some ice cream in the glass. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.

Banana Coffee For Sweet Teeth

Ingredients:

350 ml (11.6 fl.oz.) of strong coffee 100 g (3.5 oz) of ice cream 1 banana A pinch of cinnamon A pinch of grated chocolate

How to make it:

Make coffee, filter it and cool it, then add the ice cream. Mash up the banana, then add it to the coffee with ice cream and blend. Put crushed ice in the glass and pour it into the drink. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chocolate.

Orange Explosion

Ingredients:

200 ml (6.6 fl.oz.)of freshly brewed coffee 2 oranges powdered sugar whipped cream, cookie crumbs, nuts

How to make it:

Zest the oranges and squeeze the juice. Put the zest in a saucepan, and pour in a glass of water and the powdered sugar. Boil it on low for 5 minutes. Filter and cool the resulting syrup. Make coffee, cool it and mix with the orange juice and syrup. Stir using a fork. Pour your drink in a glass with crushed ice. Add whipped cream, and decorate with cookie crumbs and nuts.

Summertime Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients:

200 ml (6.6 fl.oz) of espresso 1 banana 150 ml (5 fl.oz.) of yogurt A pinch of cinnamon 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder A handful of fresh berries whipped cream, chocolate syrup, sliced almonds

How to make it:

Make coffee and let it cool. Crush ice and put it in a glass. Blend yogurt, banana, berries, coffee, cocoa, and cinnamon until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass. Decorate with whipped cream, syrup and sliced almonds.

Coffee & Strawberry

Ingredients:

2 cups of espresso 2 teaspoons of raspberry syrup 2 teaspoons of chocolate syrup strawberries whipped cream 2 scoops of ice cream cocoa powder coffee beans

How to make it:

Make coffee and let it cool. Put crushed ice in the glass. Cut berries into quarters and put on top of the ice. Pour in syrups and coffee. Decorate with whipped cream. Put ice cream on top. Decorate with cocoa powder and coffee beans.
