How to make it:

Fry the bacon and beans with olive oil. Add the tomato sauce, black pepper and salt (you can also add paprika and basil). Stew the dish for a couple of minutes.

Tuna and spinach pasta

You will need:

250 g of pasta 100 g of canned tuna 250 g of frozen spinach 150 ml of half cream (10%)

How to make it:

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Heat up a pan and cook the spinach to unfreeze it. Add the tuna and cream, and stew the sauce for several minutes. Sprinkle the sauce with salt and pepper and combine it with the pasta. Toss everything together.

Quick and easy casserole

You will need:

How to make it:

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets. Slice the champignons. Grease a baking mold with oil and place the vegetables and mushrooms in it. Whip together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour the batter over the vegetables. Sprinkle the casserole with the grated cheese and bake for 40 minutes at 180° C. Let the dish cool down and cut it into servings.

Minced beef Stroganoff with champignons

You will need:

How to make it:

Boil the noodles and drain it into a colander. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan. Slice the mushrooms and onion and fry them with the butter for 5 minutes at medium temperature. When they get soft, put them in a bowl.

Melt the rest of the butter in the same pan. Fry the minced beef until it gets brown. Add the flour and broth and cook until the sauce thickens a bit. Add the champignons and sour cream and stir carefully. Flavor the sauce with salt and pepper. Cook it for several minutes, but do not bring it to a boil. Place the noodles on a plate and pour the meat sauce over them.

Caprese salad with chicken and avocado

You will need:

How to make it:

Combine the grated garlic, dried basil, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour in the olive oil, whisking the sauce constantly.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces and roast for 5 to 6 minutes. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves and the avocado into cubes. Slice the Mozzarella. Lay the lettuce at the bottom of a large bowl, then add the chicken, tomatoes and avocado and pour on the sauce.

Rice with chicken, mushrooms and asparagus beans

How to make it:

Put 1/2 cup of rice and a glass of water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Cover the pot and turn the heat down to low. Cook the rice for 10 to 15 minutes until the water is completely gone. Baked salmon

How to make it:
